EverPure publishes structured material on programming, software engineering, and digital systems: reading paths, code examples, project briefs, and reference notes. Content is written for self-directed study and classroom support. We do not issue accredited degrees, and nothing on this site should be read as a professional certification or a guarantee of employment. Curricula are revised as languages, tooling, and conventions change, so a topic covered today may be restructured later.
Some sections may ask you to register so progress and saved exercises stay attached to you. Keep your credentials private and use accurate details. You agree not to scrape the platform in bulk, resell our material, republish it as your own course, or attempt to disrupt the service. Copying short excerpts for teaching or study notes is fine when you credit EverPure and link back. Automated access that places unreasonable load on our servers may be throttled or blocked.
Text, diagrams, exercise sets, and sample codebases on this site belong to EverPure unless stated otherwise. You may use the code examples in your own learning projects and internal work. You may not redistribute the full course material commercially, package it into a paid product, or present it under another brand. Third-party libraries referenced in our examples remain under their own licenses, and it is your responsibility to check those terms before using them in production.
We keep the material accurate and tested, but we publish it "as is". Code examples may need adaptation to your environment, framework version, or operating system. We do not warrant that following any learning path will result in a specific skill level, job offer, or project result. Decisions you make based on our content, including architecture choices or deployment steps, remain your own.
To the extent permitted by Austrian and EU law, EverPure is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this platform, including lost data, interrupted projects, or damage caused by running example code in an unsuitable environment. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question. Nothing here removes rights you hold under mandatory consumer protection rules.
Where a module or workshop is offered on a paid basis, the description on the relevant page states the format, duration, and what is included before you commit. Access periods and cancellation windows are shown at the point of enrolment, not buried in a separate document. If a paid module is cancelled by us, affected participants are informed and any amounts already paid for that module are returned. Refund requests outside the stated window are reviewed individually.
We may suspend or close an account if these terms are repeatedly breached, if material is redistributed commercially, or if activity threatens the stability of the platform. Where practical, we give notice and a chance to correct the issue first. You can close your account at any time by writing to us; saved progress is removed within a reasonable period after the request.
These terms are updated when the platform changes, when new module types are introduced, or when legal requirements shift. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the revision date shown at the top. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a change is significant, we flag it on the site rather than relying on you to notice.
